At Little Creek Lodge, we understand the role a structured environment plays in the recovery process. Below, you will find our daily schedule for our residents.

Monday
7:00 am Wake up, Showers, Breakfast.
8:00 am Personal plan for the day in-group setting for each resident. Clinical/Recovery goals and objectives are discussed.
8:15 am-8:45am Chores
8:45 am Case Management Group.
9:45 am-11:45am Yoga class/meditation
12:00 pm Lunch.
1:00 pm Community Check-in Group
2:00 pm Free time, gym, music studio, track and field, laundry or study.
3:00 pm Big Book Group
4:00 pm Free time.
5:00 pm Dinner, staff and residents dine together.
5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.
9:30 pm Reflections group. This is a review of the entire day, goals objectives, plans, setbacks or progress.
10:00 pm Free time until lights out.
11:00 pm Lights Out, bedtime.

Tuesday

7:00 am Wake up, Showers, Breakfast.
8:00 am Personal plan for the day in-group setting for each resident. Clinical/Recovery goals and objectives are discussed.
8:15 am-8:45am Chores
9:30 am-3:00 pm Adventure Trek Day: Mountain Bike, Hike, Kayak, Bowling, Ropes Course, Climbing gym, Etc. Lunch while on Adventure Trek
3:00 pm Return form Adventure Trek, unload gear and organize.
3:30 pm Adventure Trek Process Group
4:30 pm Free Time
5:00 pm Dinner, staff and residents dine together.
5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.
9:30 pm Reflections group. This is a review of the entire day, goals objectives, plans, setbacks or progress.
10:00 pm Free time until lights out.
11:00 pm Lights Out, bedtime.

Wednesday

9:00 am Brain Mapping and Guided Meditation Group
10:45 am Art Therapy.
12:00 pm Lunch.
1:00 pm Psychotherapy Group
2:00 pm Free time, gym, music studio, track and field, laundry or study.
3:00 pm Emotional First Step Group
4:00 pm Free time.
5:00 pm Dinner, staff and residents dine together.
5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.

Thursday

9:15 am AA Program Tools Group
10:30 am Psychoeducation Group
12:00 pm Lunch.
1:00 pm Case Management.
2:00 pm Free time, gym, music studio, track and field, laundry or study.
2:30 pm Cooking with Chef Bob
3:00 pm Relapse Prevention Group
4:00 pm Free time.
5:00 pm Dinner, staff and residents dine together.
5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.

Friday

8:00 am Wake up, Showers, Breakfast.
9:00 am Personal plan for the day in-group setting for each resident. Clinical/Recovery goals and objectives are discussed.
9:15 am Fun with Rosie, the art of domestic chores, learning the responsibilities to keep a house in proper order.
11:15 am Vocational counseling, career track, budget and resume training.
12:00 pm Lunch.
1:00 pm Psychotherapy Group.
2:00 pm Free Time. Gym, haircuts, etc.
5:00 pm Dinner, staff and residents dine together.
5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.

Saturday

11:30 am- 4:30 pm Family Visits if approved by primary counselor.

5:30 pm Clean up chores.
6:30 pm-7:00 pm Prepare to depart for AA meeting.
7:00 pm-8:00 pm Off Premise AA meeting,
8:30 pm-9:00 pm Return from AA meeting.
