Pennsylvania Recovery Admissions - Little Creek Lodge
Admissions are recommended by reputable referrals, such as rehab facilities, medical doctors, and interventionists. A history and physical (H&P) report and bio-phsycosocial prior to interview is helpful. Residents must be male, 18 years of age or older and willing to participate in our program for a period of 90 days.
- Having had prior treatment or recovery experience is helpful.
- Must be chemical-free (detoxed) and medically cleared by physician.
- Must be ambulatory and capable of self care.
It is the policy of Little Creek to accept all male individuals who meet the established criteria regardless of race, color or sexual orientation.

WHAT TO PACK Little Creek Lodge is located in northeast Pennsylvania in a country surrounding.
The time of season will help determine the type of clothing. Two Weeks of casual attire including; Jeans, shirts, socks, underwear, jackets, rain gear, robe, pajamas and slippers. Shower Shoes, shower bag with personal toiletries (non-alcoholic creams and lotions) Alarm Clock (must be non-electric) Sturdy shoes or hiking boots, gloves and backpack (for adventure treks)
UPON APPROVAL THESE ITEMS NOT ALLOWED FOR 30 DAYS Personal computers, WiFi, cell phones or other personal phones/internet-capable communication devices, CD Players, video cameras or snapshot cameras. An inventory will be been taken of all personal belongings. Some items may need to be placed in storage, at staff’s discretion, until they can be transported home by a family member, or until discharged from the program.
All residents are solely responsible for caring for their personal items in their room. Little Creek accepts no responsibility for items that are lost, loaned out but not returned, stolen, broken, or damaged. All items left at Little Creek Lodge will be shipped to the home address of the resident within 48 hours of discharge, and all shipping charges will be deducted from the balance of the account.
